And this evening, as I packed up the belongings from my life to this point and prepare to make my way into the world a new and improved, stronger and more authentic me (getting divorced and moving) it couldn't have been more fitting to be listening to the session at this moment in time. ASTROLOGICAL UPDATE: Winter 2010
Hello everyone,
There are some upcoming astrological events I want to bring to your attention. The most simple is Mercury turning retrograde on December 11th, and turning direct on December 30th. Check and double check all travel plans and communications during these three weeks, and still be prepared for upsets. So many of us travel and entertain during this time period and this retrograde most often seems to complicate things in some way. So plan on things taking a little longer or more effort and enjoy your holiday.
During the Mercury retrograde period there will be a Lunar Eclipse on December 21st in the 29th degree of Gemini. Gemini has to do with communication and short trips, so in the days just before and after the eclipse there will be even more stress and possible mishaps in this part of life.
On January 4th there is a Solar Eclipse at 13 degrees of Capricorn. During December you can expect problems that have been simmering below the surface to come above ground. This Eclipse and the one July 1st 2011 are particularly important because they are part of a larger pattern. We are likely to see continued upsets in goverment, corporations and other large institutions. During the next few years many organizations and institutions will be challenged and forced to change.
For individuals born under the Cardinal signs of Aries, Cancer, Libra and Capricorn, you are all being aspected or soon to be aspected by four different planets, Saturn and Pluto now, and shortly Jupiter (in January) followed by Uranus (in March). If your birthday falls in the early part of these signs or you have planets there this coming year will bring much re-evaluation, soul-searching and opportunities for change. And yes, it's time for change. The next couple years indicate changes that free us individually from rigid outdated thinking along with sweeping reforms in the goverment and other large institutions that allow our country to evolve, transform and change.
