"My astrologer, Moonrabbit, has known my husband and I since we first did a compatibility consultation with her 17 years ago. At that time she predicted major changes in both our lives, but said we had sufficient romance and communication to maintain stability between us. All of that has proven to be true. She also told me then that I would be working with a lot of children, which at the time seemed impossible. Now I am employed with a school district and work with a lot of children! Every few years we request a general forecast from her, and her accuracy has been virtually 100%, even when we doubt her! My husband scoffs at astrology in general, but even he acknowledges that Moon has a unique talent for integrating astrology with her understanding of people to yield highly accurate and helpful readings." –C.J. in Boulder, CO Newsletter Archive |
Newsletter – October 2009 Saturn Is Going into Libra Hello all, Early next week Mercury moves past the degree it turned retrograde, simplifying communication and ending this past period of mix-ups, computer problems and stalled projects. Also, Jupiter is also turning direct in Aquarius, the best direction for the planet of opportunity and growth, particularly for those with planets in Aquarius. So there is a minor forward movement from the universe early next week. However, these are small changes in the astrological world compared to Saturn moving into Libra. On October 30th Virgos will breathe a universal sigh of relief and a new cycle will begin for Libras. When I first started practicing astrology I thought it unlikely that people might feel a planet move into their Sun Sign, so I started asking clients if they noticed anything. Sure enough, even someone with a birthday late into Libra (third week of October) might be aware of Saturn moving into a two year position of prominence in their lives. Saturn is responsibility, it's worries and fears, and even more basically it's the Planet of Limitation. When we are limited we have fewer choices, or we choose to live a more simple life. Sometimes we are limited by our outer life, other times it's self-imposed, but very soon 'buckling down' and 'nose to the grindstone' will be sentiments echoed by most Libra individuals. For all of us Libra symbolizes our Relationships, the most important ones, and we will all be in the position of teaching each other lessons. Libra also has to do with Justice, and Saturn does very well in this position; Saturn is 'exalted' in Libra. That means that there is some hope for those small decisions that effect the justice system and social justice in positive ways. Libra is a thinking sign, a sign that weighs and balances and looks at both sides. It is a sign of concilliation and diplomacy; qualities that our world needs right now. As we move into this new astrological cycle lets bring forward that side of ourselves. Moonrabbit About | Services | Newsletter | Contact | |
